Shipping & Delivery

At Cookie Dealers, every order is baked fresh to ensure you receive cookies at their absolute best. We carefully package every box to help your cookies arrive fresh, soft, and ready to enjoy.

Order Processing

All orders are prepared fresh after they are placed.

• Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

• During product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped.

• Standard Shipping: 2 to 5 business days

• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout where applicable.

Please note that carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

 

Freshness Guarantee

Our cookies are baked fresh and individually packaged to maintain quality during transit.

For the best experience:

• Enjoy within 7 to 10 days of delivery.

• Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

• Freeze for up to 3 months if you'd like to save them for later.

To enjoy that fresh-from-the-oven taste, warm your cookie in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds.

 

Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

Cookie Dealers is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the package and products so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

 

Warm Weather Shipping

Our cookies may contain chocolate and other ingredients that can soften or melt during warmer months. While this does not affect quality or taste, we recommend bringing your package indoors as soon as it is delivered.
